Make Wheatfree Dog Food

If Rover is having some problems with digesting gluten or you're simply tired of feeding your dog food that doesn't contain much more than a little gravy and some filler, then you learn make wheat-free dog food. The process isn't that difficult, but watch out or your family might eat it by mistake. These tasty treats contain healthy vitamins and minerals for your dog's enjoyment and good health.

Instructions

1. Create a healthy beef stew for your dog. Simply brown a pound of chopped lean beef in a pan with a little olive oil for extra nutrition. Add 4 cups of chicken or beef broth, a stalk of chopped celery, 1/2 cup chopped green beans, 2 chopped potatoes and 4 sliced carrots. Cook the mixture, and when the vegetables are soft, around 45 minutes, the wheat-free dog food is ready. Allow it to cool before you serve it to Fido. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

2. Mix up this rib-sticking recipe for those cool days. Use 1/2 cup cornmeal, 1/2 cup cooked bacon broken up in pieces, 1/2 cup ham chopped to bite-size pieces, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup whole milk and 2 tbsp. bacon grease. Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a pan. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. As the mixture starts to thicken to a stiff consistency, add enough water to make it mushy.

3. Soothe his tummy and appetite with boiled chicken and rice. Rice is good for dogs that have digestion problems. Simply boil and bone a chicken in unseasoned water. Save the broth. Chop 1 cup of the chicken and mix it with 3/4 cup whole-grain brown rice, 3/4 cup steamed carrots and green beans and 1/2 cup of the broth from the chicken. This delightful meal is easy on his tummy and economical, too.

4. Excite the dog of the house with special liver dish. Boil a pound of beef liver in water until the liver is cooked. Mix 2 beef bouillon cubes with 2 cups hot water until the cube dissolves. Chop the liver in small pieces and put it in a blender or food processor with a container of yogurt, 1 fresh carrot, 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1 1/2 cups bouillon broth. Check the consistency as you blend. You may need to add additional broth. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

5. Create a puppy masterpiece with the leftover meat you find in a whole chicken's cavity. Most people don't normally use the organ meats they find in the chicken. Rover will love them. Boil the heart, liver, neck, and gizzard in 2 cups of water with 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley and a chopped carrot until they are thoroughly cooked. Bone the neck and put the ingredients in a blender for a minute to coarsely chop.
