Webkinz is an online world filled with games, quizzes and other activities aimed at children. This virtual world is accessible when you purchase a Webkinz plush toy and enter its code on the Webkinz website. No matter what Web browser you use, you can make this site the page that loads when you open the browser. By setting Webkinz as your browser's homepage, the fun and games can start as soon as you launch your browser.
Instructions
Firefox
1. Open Firefox and type in the Webkinz webpage in the address bar. Press "Enter."
2. Click on the Webkinz "W" icon directly to the left of the address bar. Drag it to the "Home" icon on the tool bar and release.
3. Click "Yes" to set Webkinz as your homepage.
Internet Explorer
4. Open the Internet Explorer browser and type in the Webkinz website address. Press "Enter."
5. Press the arrow button next to the "Home" icon to see the drop-down menu. Click on "Add or Change Home Page."
6. Click on "Use this webpage as your only home page" and press "Yes."
Google Chrome
7. Launch Google Chrome and press the "Tools" icon, indicated by a picture of a wrench. Choose "Options."
8. Select the "Basics" tab.
9. Verify that "Open the home page" is selected under the "On startup" section. If it's not, select this option.
10. Choose "Open this page" in the "Home page" section. Type in the Webkinz website address into the text box and press "Enter."
11. Click the "X" on the top left of the window to close the pop-up and save Webkinz as your home page.
