Print Postit Notes

Post-it notes help you stay organized.

The Windows Vista and Windows Seven operating systems include an application called post-it notes, or sticky notes. The application allows you to create a post-it note and stick it on your desktop. You can even change its color or size. Unfortunately, the application does not include a print option. Nevertheless, with a little creativity, you can print them in Windows Vista and Windows Seven.

Instructions

1. Open the post-it note or notes you want to print. Click on the "Start" menu, then click "All Programs," "Accessories" and then "Sticky Notes."

2. Click on the post-it note.

3. Press "Alt" + "Print Screen." However, if you want to print more than one note, press "Print Screen." Note that the Print Screen button is abbreviated as PrtSc on most keyboards.

4. Open a blank canvas in an image-editing software program like Microsoft Paint.

5. Click on the blank canvas and press "Ctrl" + "V." The note or notes will appear on the canvas. You can use the image-editing software program to crop the image, if you desire.

6. Click "File," then "Print."
