2. Complete the adoption application. Most Bichon Frise rescue organizations require to fill out an extensive questionnaire. Expect to answer questions about your home, family, employment situation, other pets, your history with dogs and your reasons for rescuing a Bichon Frise. Prepare a list of personal references as well as a list of your veterinarians and dog groomers.
