Get Rid Of Your Moshi Monster

On the Moshi Monsters pet monster website, pet owners adopt one of six breeds of monsters: Katsumas, Diavlos, Furis, Zommers, Poppets or Luvlis. After you complete the adoption process, you cannot change the monster breed or its name. In addition, if you're a free account holder, you can't change its color. Although you can create a new account any time with a new monster when you log out of your existing account, to completely get rid of the previous Moshi Monster, you must request an account deletion from Moshi Monsters Customer Care.


Instructions


1. Navigate to moshimonsters.com/contact.


2. Enter the owner name you used for the monster you're trying to get rid of and the email address you used to register the account in the provided fields.


3. Select a reason for emailing -- such as "Membership" or "Something Else" -- from the drop-down menu.


4. Write a message to the Moshi Monsters Customer Care team in the "Message" field, explaining that you want to get rid of your Moshi Monster.


5. Click the "Send Email" button to submit the request. Wait for a response with instructions to complete the account deletion process. Customer Care will ask you to respond back via email to helpme@moshimonsters.com with your owner name, the monster's name and your email. They will also ask for a reason, but response to the question is optional.


6. Follow the instructions and wait for confirmation from Customer Care that they deleted your monster and account.
